COMPANY OVERVIEW

Working for Safe, Inclusive, and Respectful!

Me Too Mining Association was created to facilitate a conversation about sexual violence, sexual harassment, racism, intimidation, and discrimination experienced by workers in mining, mineral exploration and mining impacted communities.

“Me Too” is women, men and the beautiful spectrum in between, finding space to heal, share, find resources, find community, change cultures, prevent violence and harm and move our lives forward.

DIGGER is a tool to empower workers to intervene effectively and safely when inappropriate workplace behaviours happen to them or in their presence. The DIGGER Program teaches the inhibitors that can often stop bystanders from supporting a co-worker and how to overcome them. DIGGER training includes discussions on different types of inappropriate behaviours and the impacts on the target, the harasser, the workplace and the company
