APPROACH

Many HR teams in the mining sector are spread thin, often
lacking OD/OE specialists. We partner with HR leaders to
provide the missing capabilities and/or capacity to advance
strategic initiatives. We do this on either a retainer or project
basis.
We can also work directly with Operational leaders to support organizational effectiveness initiatives within their span of control.
As needed, we source and bring in other partners to complete large scale projects. And we can support projects involving larger consulting firms like EY.
