While technology has, and continues to improve our lives, management processes in many companies remain highly manual and complex. Optive is a company with a mission to create easy to use tools for our clients, that will help them spend less resources and earn more through computational intelligence and digitalized systems. Our first project was a POC to optimize the planning of blending and allocation of ore in an iron mine, which reduced the time spent in the process from daily hours to mere seconds.
APPROACH
Discovery: we begin making a diagnosis of the process or area’s current state and compiling what needs to be done in a proposed solution. In this way the results are better aligned, and we avoid doing work that doesn’t solve the challenge.
Development cycles: we use an agile process to develop our solutions, maintaining contact with stakeholders and delivering value constantly.
