Founded in 2017, we were born as a company focused on training women in socially vulnerable situation when operating in the civil construction market. In 2020, we started to dedicate ourselves to innovation related to the circular economy by different valorizing types of water generated in the mineral extraction process.

APPROACH

We are a company specializing in developing solution for:

  • the valuation of waste, tailings, and sterile mining
  • steel and primary and transformation industries

as material applicable to civil construction, aimed at the circular economy, generating new businesses based on the promotion of social inclusion.

We carry out current test and special test on construction materials to validate the use of waste, tailing and sterile as raw material for the construction industry.

We have also developed an innovative methodology focused on training women for their inclusion in the labour market, integrating through education, companies, and communities.
