Chemical startup, led by Elaine Freitas, from Manaus/Amazonas, has created a sensor that measures water quality in many regions in Brazil. The device promotes awareness and monitors the preservation of water resources, specifically rivers and springs.

Our Brazilian Artemis Project member, Chemical Inovação Tecnologica, was showcased at Brazil’s largest startup investment event, Bossa Summit. The startup, led by Elaine Freitas from Manaus/Amazonas, has created a sensor that measures water quality in many regions in Brazil. The device promotes awareness and monitors the preservation of water resources, specifically rivers and springs.

Elaine highlights: “Our purpose is to generate innovation to benefit the environment. We bring efficiency in environmental water monitoring with technological innovation to different segments: mining, industries, education and agribusiness”.
